$10,000 worth of pot in the mail today

People are sooo stupid. At work today, my partner and i were loading our machine and out dropped three pounds of marijuana, vacuumed sealed to prevent the smell from bringing attention. I dont know anything about pot, but was told that it was full of "buds and had red stems... it was the good californian shit" LOL

It was estimated to be worth about $10,000. Someone is going to get a big surprise tomorrow when the mail man comes to the door and the FBI and postal inspectors come down on them!

Did the genius put a return address on the package?

YES!!! there was indeed a return address! lol

however, anyone can write any address as a return.. so they will probably get the addressee to testify against the sender--- still stupid... use UPS/fedex... using the PO just ads additional federal charges!

I once read a drug dealer who claimed the PO was more reliable because we were less likely to steal than UPS/fedex lol

I wonder just how much goes through the USPS. I bet a ton of drugs are shipped within the U.S. like that.

I once mailed a 2.25 pound package from San Francisco to New Orleans in 1970. It was tightly wrapped in plastic, aluminum foil (sprinkled with baby powder) more plastic, more brown paper sprinkled with patchouli oil.

IDK if that woulda been effective against those nosy dogs, which were just being used for sniffing a harmless weed deemed dangerous by the Blue Meanies, but it made the trip alright.

Wanna mail that to me? That would keep hubby and me in cookies for the rest of our lives and then some! I suppose you turned it over to the authorities , what a shame!

uhhh...yeah I turned it over to authorities... especially once if fell out of the package and i touched the inner wrappings with my bare hands! LOL dont need my fingerprints on ANYTHING illegal! LOL

Here' a mailing tip people: teh excessive heat often unseals the glue on glue strips... the glue melts and everything falls out.. so strap it, use a ton of packaging tape, etc. do not rely on glue strips in excessive heat.

We often smell the boxes come through... it is obvious what it is... and then some people pack soooo much coffee in the boxes to hide the smell that I feel like passing out... seriously.. it is a horrible smell. Usually if me suspect package, we turn it over to someone, but it takes a warrant and postal inspector to open it... so we never see it. This was the first time that it literally fell into my hands.

Even more stupid. My idiot nephew took an exam for a Worker's Comp claim for an alledged on the job injury which included a urine test the day after he ate some "funny brownies."

He not only lost his claim but his job. His company has a "zero tolarence" policy. Even more stupid, he plans to appeal the firing and claim Workers Comp.

hahahaha... the excessive pain from the on the job injury caused him to become delirious in which he ate some pot brownies that the dog made for him! LOL
