Penis, vagina and anus are technical anatomical terms and are completely useless in fucking porn where cock, pussy and ass work much better for the mood. There is even debate on how proper cunt is in porn.

Nineteenth Century erotica referred to it ambiguously as his or her 'sex,' which is quaint.

Not especially. About the only term I won't use in polite society is the one for female genitalia that rhymes with "bunt". I usually just stick with "cock", "dick" and "pussy" but there are so many to choose from:

I don't care. Go ahead and casually drop more lewd nicknames from the human anatomy, but if somebody is overemphasizing it and being all obnoxious with it then they need to shut up.
