Sudafed

Does anybody else hate taking these things? Every time I take these damn pills I have to put them on the far back of my tongue before I drink because the taste of them makes me throw up. I usually put off taking them as long as possible, but I'm sick right now and don't have much choice.

I think Aleve D is better for allergies or sinus issues. Hope you feel better soon.

They do have a bitter taste. I just put them in my mouth and swill down some water as fast as possible. Then I eat something sweet to get whatever lingering taste from the pills out of my mouth.

I don't know why they stopped coating them. They used to have a suger coat so you didn't have to taste them.

They used to do the same thing with the extra strength ibuprofen, but then they stopped making the extra strength entirely, why, I don't know, because those were a Godsend when I had my wisdom teeth taken out.

In NJ you have to stand in line at the pharmacy counter and show ID to buy them, and then are limited as to how many you can buy. Because junkies use them for meth labs or something.

I never use them cause they give me head aches

I know, we get the generic ones and STILL we can only get 2 boxes per person because of this crap.

Worse in Oregon. You have to have a doctor's prescription to get Sudafed which means not only do you have to pay for the drug, but for a doctor visit to get your prescription as well.

That's because Oregon has as many meth labs as McDonalds.I have heard though, that the meth cookers have found a replacement for sudafed in cooking Meth.

In most states, you have to have ID and it's sold from behind the pharmacist's counter.

Crush them up in some applesauce and eat them

I have never taken sudafed, hope I never have to.

Yeah Sudafed is actually my sick meds of choice.

I don't take Sudafed.
