I remember a time when in fact tipping in restaurants was only done if there was a tablecloth. Now very few have tablecloths at all.

Yeah, when we order pizzas, not much, an extra dollar per pizza, but it's more than they'd get if we picked it up there.

I tip about $3 for a pizza. The driver doesn't get any of the delivery fee which I think is unfair. If the roads are bad I double it.
