If it weren't for the weather (too damn cold and too damn hot) Washington DC would be my choice, but Miami Beach is home.

Hmmm. I could see myself in Chicago. It's like NY's baby brother so it's not like I'd be giving up too much of what I'm used to and it's a bit cheaper too. At least your money goes a bit further. Just has so much crime there...same with Philly. I do plan on leaving NYC, but I'm more likely to move upstate....but no more than an hour or two away from the city.

If money were no object (meaning that some catastrophic illness wouldn't wipe us out totally) and we could like anywhere we wished Maybe Flagstaff, Arizona or Farmington, New Mexico. Because we love the history , the scenery , the Natives, etc in both areas. But that would require us to have many many millions.
