I'm on vacation now and am surprise by how lazy I've been over it. I've been staying home and doing a whole lot of nothing. It's like when I *have* to leave the house for work, my mind more readily accepts my getting out and doing other things, but when I don't have to, my mind doesn't want to even do anything casual.

Usually when I am on vacation and at home I find things to keep me busy if I choose to. Sometimes I have a day where I do a lot of nothing but I figure I deserve it after working all year long.

If I'm on vacation at home, I can keep myself busy doing nothing.

Vacation next week for me, but not going anywhere--should be nice and boring, sitting around staring at each other. I'm hoping the week goes by fast, and this week is more of a vacation for me, since my parents are here from Arizona and I've been doing stuff with them during the day, before work.

I was on vacation last week....and I'll be on vacation again next month. You try to make the most of it, but when you work so much....all you want to do is nothing. You're entitled.
