yeah... it's about a 6. The location is great... the taxes/car insurance suck, and i hate the snow (thankfully it doesnt happen THAT often, but when it does, its heavy and sucks)

4.5. Corrupt government, horrible city school system, strange forms of racism....but it's a buyer's market as far as housing is concerned and jobs aren't as bad as other places. Plus we have some really great parks and natural structures, and besides the heat waves, strong storms and occasional earthquakes, weather is pretty quiet.
