Hard to say. In my twenties when I was still cute, I actually pursued Mrs. R, the older woman. Being a guy I naturally enjoyed the sex with her, but I suppose she really enjoyed the exuberance of a young man.
So, I was a bit of a boy-toy. She let me drive her new Olds Cutlass when she came to pick me up and we went out to restaurants and she would slip me a $20 under the table to pay the tab. (This was the late '60s). IDK if that really qualifies as paying with sex, since I really enjoyed that myself - but the Older Woman seemed to get off on paying my way.
