    Tripe! Empty Tripe!

    So any one else here who has eaten tripe? Everyone in my family likes Tripe and every few months or so we get together for a Tripe party and have over 30 people!! My sister makes it the best, she makes a special trip up to the Bronx to a meat store to buy about 30 pounds of tripe or more to feed all of these people!
