  Just graduated HS and was preparing for college.

  I remember WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE being big that year. Destiny's Child, Aaliyah's "Try Again", BSB/Nsync and Scary Movie.

Turned 17, about to start senior year of high school, got my first on the books job and that's about it.

Aaliyah was heating up again, Nelly came out, Scary Movie was all the rage, 106 & Park started that year, Ms. Cita (I forgot the name of the show she was on) was popular, AOL was more popular than ever, so was BlackPlanet. That was the time to be on the internet. Chat rooms were popular too. And Girlfriends.

  I was working for the post office even then, and attending college at the same time. My sister dragged me into her drama! UGH!!

  No freakin clue. I do remember that my dog was freakin out about the surround sound my bro put in. When we watched The patriot with Mel Gibson, the hoofs from the horses made my dog run around the hosue and outside barking.

  yes, just for the fact that i would not get involved with the man AFTER my hubby

  8 - I was making good money, felt free from my hubby, and 9/11 didn't have yet

  TV? Ally McBeal and The Parkers, Moesha, Girlfriends Music? There weren't any notable jams that I can recall that year right now, how sad I do remember this was the time during that pop explosion with, Britney, Nsync and all the rest of them.
