I only go to Olive Garden for meals with visiting friends or family, but for coffee and pastry I prefer the sidewalk cafe, which we have an abundance of here, where they are used year-round.

Diningg indoors, where there is central air and no flies, is a must. It's the reason I don't do outdoor cafes.
