Ripped a big hunk of skin off one of my fingers in a rugged little town, Poptun, in isolated Guatemala. Went to a farmacia and got some antibiotic ointment to put on it and band-aids with mercurochrome already on the pads. Finger healed. I'm lucky that was the only injury requiring first (and only) aid in my travels to less developed countries.

Yeah when I broke my ankle 2 years ago, do you believe it, August 4 will be 2 years, where did the years go?
