He was industrious, always building something. Typical blue-collar man of his generation, drank, went hunting/fishing, cooked outdoors.

The worst thing about your father is/was what?
Typical blue-collar man of his generation, would get into a fight, would beat the boy until he was terrorized.

Well let's do all 3 fathers I've had in my life:

#1 Biological Father:
Worst Thing=what a selfish coward he was, by not sticking around to even meet me.
Best Thing=the fact that he's not in my life at all.

#2 My mother's first husband:
Worst Thing= mentally and physically abusive to my mother and myself
Best Thing= the fact that my mother divorced him

#3 My Dad now:
Worst Thing= can be a little self-serving at times
Best Thing= was there for me when I needed a Dad, and still is there.

Best: Hard working

Worst: Wan't always faithful to Mom
