I asked this on the TV chamber but there was no response. On the SVU board on IMDb somebody brought up the question 'would you be scared of Elliot Stabler if he was real?' and he was interrogating YOU for something, because sometimes he tends to beat the crap out of the suspects or perps. I didn't have to think twice about my answer, no I wouldn't. If you watch the show, what say you?

Yeah, I would because he had personal issues and was out of control too often. That is why I quit watching SVU, because of his character. I don't care for cop shows where the cop is more flawed than the perps.

If I wanted that kinda entertainment I would just subscribe to the Times Picayune and read about the NOPD (the most corrupt in the nation at the moment - I'm sure LA, NYC & Miami are working hard to take back the title)
