The only pizza I can think of that I don't like comes with pineapple and/or sardines.

Never had it. But I have invented a Mexican Lasagna, layering corn tortillas with chili beans and cheese then baking.

Would pizza be what we called crisps in Arizona, a flour tortilla was crisped up, then one could put what ever one liked on it, cheese, re-fried beans, meat , heated through and cut into wedges like pizza. I found it easiest to simply put the flour tortilla on a paper towel nuke for a couple of minutes or less, then put the topping on and nuke for another few seconds. Presto a crisp.

Not really. The only Mexican pizza I've had was from Taco Bell and theirs is too flat and crispy.

Aren't they called Tostadas? That's what they look like, cut up tostadas.

    Yes, I'd eat some.

Most of the time I find it to be underwhelming. I almost never order it.

I will say though that Lobster pizza at Red Lobster is good! yummy

The tostada is made with fried crisp corn tortillas, the crisp is made with crisp flour tortillas.
