Of course if you're like me you wonder just HOW you know what JUST right is. But anyway, I put myself at overweight, though not as much as my mother would say I am.

I'm slightly underweight. I've always had a naturally thin build and a fast metabolism so it's difficult for me to put on weight. Add to that the fact that I run 3 times a week (military PT) and it's difficult for me to add on pounds. But I've just engaged in a new workout routine (decided to lift some weights for the first time in my life) that will hopefully add a bit more muscle mass. I've also upgraded to four meals a day in the last month, trying to increase my protein and carb intake. We'll see what I look like a year from now.

Probably about right although there's a spot or two I like to hook a hose up to & suck some of it out.

My weight is what it should be, but I work at it by jogging every day. I know if I stop or slow down that may change quickly.

I spent most of my adult life underweight. Today if I weighed what I did then people would say I was anorexic. I was not anorexic I was simply a busy mother chasing kids all the time. I ran the weight off. Now I am overweight and I don't really care a whole lot.Its kin of funny though that my body image tells me I am still thin, so it comes as a shock every time I look in the mirror.

When I was 30 I weighed 145 pounds. My ribs showed.

I was working in a cottage taking care of 12 disturbed tween boys, who were fighting and getting into mischief from the moment they woke up until they finally crashed (The little devils looked so angelic as they slept).

Yeah, running after kids can take the weight off.

I'm usually either 15-20 lbs underweight to 15-20 lbs overweight. For some reason I have a hard time staying in the middle ground. Right now I'm just right, but that'll change soon enough.

wow... I am very overweight, but I am a large boned person (no its not just an excuse).. and am very muscular. I can bench press Shale! LOL

It doesnt matter how much weight i lose, I still keep my muscle mass which is heavy. Then if i dont get in enough calories to keep that muscle going, i start to feel really fatigued. So i am actually more comfortable with the weight on, than with it off
