Have you and your SO ever discussed your sexual pasts? If so, were you totally honest, or did you hold back?

I would because I would want to know if the dude's a revolving door or whatever. It can only take one time to get something from somebody but if they've got a long track record they need to be honest about that too.

Honest for the most part, but they don't need to know everything.

We were married long before the advent of Aids. I had no experience and he had slightly more (thank goodness!). It wasn't really necessary to even discuss his partners.

We both knew each of us weren't virgins when we met. That was enough.

This! We were starting brand new. The past is the past.

Here and there and yes I was honest. Its not something to dwell on the past is the past.

Don't think I ever had a sit down convo with somebody over it, but I never tried to deny or play down that I DO have a sexual past.

Yes and I didn't go into explicit detail.

The only one i have been open with is chris. there is one person that I denied doing just cause he hates him. but we have had the discussion "what was the best sexual experience you ever had? the weirdest thing someone ever asked you to do? what would you like to do again, or try exploring in more detail?"

No not really. I have casually talked about past relationships in passing but never went into any explicit detail about past sexual activity, unless it was something that was specifically asked.

In generals but not specifics. It's better that way imo. Unless they were engaging in high risk behavior I'm not all that interested in knowing about every little nasty thing they did before I came along (nor am I that keen on divulging my past whorish moments either).

For the most part guys don't really want to know about all the freaky stuff their women did before they met, that's more a woman thing…wanting to know the details about what he did with her…but personally, I'm not that interested. So that has never really been an issue for me.

Every lover I am with now should enjoy that they benefit from the experience I have had with every lover in the past.

The only thing I was ever curious/nosey about was his first time. It was a pretty boring story!
