Very little. I had my fitness assessment a few days ago, which required me to be in good shape if I wanted to score well. So I've pretty much been on a healthy eating trend for the past month and a half.

Actually a lot more than I am used to eating. lol But I'd say just enough. I always try to stay at least on the healthier side of fast food when I eat it. It's hardly "healthy" but I think I could do much worse.
