    I was given a 25% pay cut a while back in the hopes that I would quit. (I'm still making more per hour than minimum which is the most I could expect IF I could even find another job - so they just got another disgruntled employee workin' for the paycheck)

    I got a miniscule pay increase a few months ago that was nothing to get excited over. I don't see getting a promotion any time soon and really don't want one.
