Who's seen the first Rambo movie, First Blood? Who likes it? Like it a hell of a lot better than the book, that's for sure, especially that ending.

"Nothing is over! You just dont turn it off!" Twas an absolutely awesome movie that shows u cant judge a book by its cover. One look at him and it was decided he was a criminal instead of a war hero. They know better now dont they? The CSI NY guy was really young in it too.

That cop was an idiot, through and through.
And how about those sequels? I liked 2 VERY well, I saw 3 and it was alright but the novelization of 3 was MUCH better because it was almost COMPLETELy different.
I knew I had seen that Murdock guy from First Blood 2 before, I didn't put it together at the time, he was the warden in Ernest Goes to Jail, and now I see that and after Ernest is electrocuted and he gets up, the warden kind of looks like he did when Rambo was on the radio 'Murdock I'm coming for you!'

It was better in the book though because a few things there WERE different, when Rambo comes back he doesn't toss Murdock on the desk and stick his knife in the wood by him, he gets off the plane and had a gun aimed at Murdock and pulled the trigger, and Mudock pissed himself and then it was revealed the gun wasn't loaded.

aw damn! that is awesome! in the movie though the knife became a symbol of Rambo. I remember when the first one came out, they were selling those hunting knives on infomercials

That's Charles Napier. He's been around for a while. See if you can spot him as one of the space hippes from the original Star Trek
He's also in The Blues Brothers but I can't find a clip
