I never have that problem, only place I frequent the drive-thru window of is the bank, and to answer if the line is long I usually don't pull up and just come back later.

Depends. Three or four cars I can handle, anything more and I'll just go to the next nearest location.

Most of the time I'll wait it out if I'm not pressed for time. Not because I really crave what I'm in line for but because I'll probably waste more time getting out of line.

I don't do drive thru's, its easier and faster to inside and get what you want.
