If you've ever seen Tod Browning's movie Freaks, then you know about Daisy and Violet Hilton, the famous conjoined twins. This movie, loosely based on the struggles in their own lives, poses a lot of questions and possibly the biggest 'what if?' scenario ever, or rather 'how would you deal with this?' Which is a very fair question, you have a set of conjoined twins, one sister kills someone, what do you do, punish both for the actions of one, or let both go knowing one is a murderer?

I don't recall ever reading that one of them killed someone???? When did this happen or is it just a bogus part of the movie?

The murder trial was made up for the movie, but the other details of everything they were put through in the name of exploitation and 'business' were based on their own lives.
