I get junk/spam offers all the time in my email, but rarely bother to open most of them. From time to time, I may hear about job openings from my co-workers who're looking for another (or second) job, but it doesn't go any further than that. I've never been offered another job on the spot.

Never. I haven't updated my resume in forever and although I keep saying I want another job, I haven't really looked for one.
