How often are you presented with an unexpected job offer? Either via having posted your resume online and getting an unexpected call/email from HR, or through random conversation in-person.

I get junk/spam offers all the time in my email, but rarely bother to open most of them. From time to time, I may hear about job openings from my co-workers who're looking for another (or second) job, but it doesn't go any further than that. I've never been offered another job on the spot.
