Have you ever known anyone who looked a lot like you? People have said that so and so and I may favor each other, but I almost never agree with them, and even when I do I don't think the resemblance is that striking. But there is this new girl at my job who works in another department who everyone is swearing up and down looks like me. When I finally saw her, even I had to agree that we do look very similar. She looks like a younger version of one of my aunts. It's weird.

Do you know anyone whom you aren't related to that you share a striking resemblance to?

I can think of at least four times in my life where I thought I saw my doppelganger. When I worked in a bookstore years ago, a teenie bopper came up to the counter and said I looked like someone from The Bay City Rollers. We happened to have a book with a picture of them and son of a bitch. There was/is a British Ska group called Madness. I picked myself out on some of their album covers. Another time I walked passed a guy in a department store and I thought "I don't work here, do I?" Then my step mom gave us a newspaper clipping of a guy and his wife buying a Christmas tree and there I was again.

I've been told "Oh, you look so much like so and so", but I've never actually met anybody who resembles me.

I've heard it too....but I've never met anyone that looked like me.
