Eggplant Parmigana

Do you like Eggplant Parmigana??



Some people only like it with Mozarella cheese and red sauce but I like it with ricotta cheese in it as well. My sister makes the most outrageous tasting Eggplant in the world. She Uses Mozarella and Ricotta cheese. Between the layers she puts crumbled up Chopped meat and sausage, pours the red sauce over it, bakes it and she should win a prize for how good it is.

Do you like it, hate it, love it or have never had it?

I don't like eggplant in any form.

Never had it, but I'd try some.

Never had it, but it looks really good. I would probably like it more with Mozzarella, since I tend to like everything better with it.

Seems a lot of people like it with just Mozarella but we grew up with it being made with Mozarella and Ricotta Cheese too, it makes it much more creamier and tasty.

Now I am in the mood for Eggplant Parmigana, I have to hint around to my sister this weekend that I miss hers so she will make it for me

It's okay sans the sausage.
