| Do you like Eggplant Parmigana??  Some people only like it with Mozarella cheese and red sauce but I like it with ricotta cheese in it as well. My sister makes the most outrageous tasting Eggplant in the world. She Uses Mozarella and Ricotta cheese. Between the layers she puts crumbled up Chopped meat and sausage, pours the red sauce over it, bakes it and she should win a prize for how good it is. Do you like it, hate it, love it or have never had it? | |

| I don't really cook, but that is one of my Michael Angelo frozen microwave entrees that I often have. Vegetable Lasagna being the one I like more. | |

Seems a lot of people like it with just Mozarella but we grew up with it being made with Mozarella and Ricotta Cheese too, it makes it much more creamier and tasty. | |
