I don't beleive she took that classy club Indigo and turned it into this travesty. Can't wait to see how this goes over because we all know everything Gloria touch is classless.

LOL - still makes me think of those toys they had in the 80's. I didn't have one but my best friend did and we had lots of fun at sleepovers.

I hate her too because she never paid for any of the stuff she did but I have to admit I was surprised at what she did with the place. It gave me pause because it actually had class.

I have never liked her either and never will till she pays for some of the crap she has done. I think I hate her more than any woman on this show.

And destroyed them both, got away free and still walking around.

Where did she get the name GloWorm, anyway?

Her name is Gloria, don't know where the worm part came from.

Okay - lol - I thought maybe the worm part had some significance. It still makes me think of that child's toy with the glowing face - lol.

It probably does have significance because Gloria has been nothing but a snake in the grass every since she came on this show.

LOL - that would be funny, if that's how it got it's name. I'm so not a reptile person!

I am so surprised at the good job she has done with the place though because the woman has no taste and come from the wrong side of the tracks. Nothing likable about her at all.

Most definately. I remember when she came to town she didn't have a pot to p*** in and she dupped poor old John Abbot into marrying her to steal his fortune and he ended up in prison because of her an died there. The man she is with now, she married his twin brother and hot his money and he died at her hands. Trash.

She she's like a black widow? Marrying older guys for their money and killing them or making sure they die so she can gain their fortune?

And its not enough that she has that club now she is also selling real estate too.

That greedy crab never get enough. She is usually like Jill trying to take what belongs to someone else.

I don't know why they can't have strong, dynamic females - why do they have to make so many of them uncaring, bitchy characters who are so... well - unlikable.

I think it is alright to have those kinds of characters but their need to be a balance of stronger women also. That is where they mess up, there is no balance. To much of the bad and not enough of the good.

I think that's the thing - there's no balance. It's fine if there ARE strong, dynamic women, but when most of the women are the show are bitchy, nasty characters, it's harder to connect. I mean - the Cramers on OLTL are mostly bitchy, selfish women and I can't stand the family, esp. Dorian and Blaire. I love Starr when she's being being Manning but hate her as Starr Thornhart or Starr Cramer. I don't know what TPTB are going for with the Cramer family, but they're one of the worst families on the show and there's just nothing that makes them rootable for me. Balance is needed, but rarely seems to happen.

That is why soaps are going to hell in a handbasket because they have forgotten how to have balance.
