When you eat out, are you weary of germs on tables, booths, glasses, silverware, etc.? Have you ever walked out because the place didn't look sanitary enough for you?

Yes I have walked out if places I got a bad vibe about. I'm not paranoid about it, but I won't dine somewhere that's clearly dirty.

There was a place where I was planning to eat until I saw the broken floor tiles, the missing ceiling tiles & the pretty much busted furniture. If they don't mind customers seeing that fuckery I could only imagine what the kitchen must have looked like.

Yes I have walked out of a place if it looked too unsanitary. I also will insist on a glass of hot water to rinse the knives, forks and spoons in.
