Very, very rarely. And then only something that doesn't leave my hands all greasy. Even if someone else is driving it doesn't happen too often.

I once drove a delivery truck and ate on the run (sometimes I get hypoglycemic). Got indigestion. It is not healthy, best to wait until you can relax (not possible while driving in S. FL).

As a passenger I used to eat a candy bar or a few potato chips, but that's the extent of that.

Very, very rarely. I have to be damn near death from starvation to eat in my car. I don't allow others to eat in my car either. I can't stand when my car smells like food. The most I'll ever do is grab a few fries and that's it.

From time to time I may stop at a gas station and pick up a light snack (a bag of chips, soda, etc.) that I'll eat in the car, but that's about it.

Not the eat & drive thing but if we go somewhere like Sonic there's not much choice but to pull into the space to eat.
