I turned onto a residential street and saw this lady by a dead deer in the grass. She was petting its face! So, I pulled over and looked at the front of her vehicle and she didn't have any damage on the front of her car. I asked her if she needed any help and she said she didn't hit it and was checking to see if it was dead.
Who the hell approaches a wild animal and pets the damn thing? It seems like it died without being hit because had it been hit, someone would have called the police probably. Also, there were no injuries to the left side. Of course it could have been on the right side.
So, I was going to call the police but then decided not to because I figured she probably did. But then an hour passed and I started to think about kids touching this possibly diseased deer, so I called. And nobody had called.
