    Do you have one? If not, do you plan to get one? If not, why not?

    I currently don't have one, but I will eventually. I think it's good to have since I have some valuable assets. Anything can happen at any point of your life as we all well know.

    I have an "after I die wish" list but on several occasions in it state that "it is not my problem."

    My stepdaughter is supposed to clean out my apartment and my bank accounts that are "in trust for" with her name on them. I have no real property that requires a probate. She is to take any money from the accounts with her name on them and have me cremated.

    I have instructed her to give any of my personal porn to the Kinsey Institute, but she is more prudish than me, so I make sure updates are sent already.

    My grandson is supposed to post notices on all my forum boards before my ISP account expires so all of you know what happened to me.

    No. But I also don't have a family. I'm in the military so in the event of a tragedy I have a life insurance policy that is split between my mom, dad and sister, along with a death gratuity and any unpaid salary which goes to my mom. So that's all taken care of. I don't have any kids and as far as material possessions go, I don't own any property, only a car, furniture, appliances, electronics and clothing (which will automatically goes to your next of kin). The only kind of will I would need is a "living will", to decide what happens to me if I am incapacitated and unable to make decisions life decisions. And I will probably get one in the next year or so.

    nah... I have $300,000 in life insurance that goes to my brother... a car whose title i already signed to my sister, and my new car would have to be paid off first before they could do anything with it. The rest is personal belongings... my family can deal with it... and sadly my cat will go to a shelter sad

    Yes we have a will, but about all the executrix will have to do is see that the taxes are paid. As when one of us goes everything will go into the remaining spouse and our sons names. Should he predecease us there is another plan.

    I don't have one, but I have life insurance and beneficiaries. I will get a will when I get some more assets and/or some kids.
