...and although I can still find out what time it is by just looking at my computer or phone, it's putting me off a little. Are there any interruptions in your routine that leave you feeling "off" for the day?

I have a clock at work right in front of me on the wall. I have the time on my computer - Yet feel naked if I forget my wrist watch (which is now a likely indicator of an old person - like pocket watches were when I was young)
