| I use different shampoos some have conditioners in them but as a rule, no I don't use it after shampooing I don't need it. | |

| Conditioner is a definite must have. I go through it faster than I do shampoo. | |

| Alberto V-5 for gray hair daily conditioner it works wonders for my extremely dry hair. Now if I could find a body lotion that would work as well. Gold Bond does have a really good hand cream in a tube it can stand up to some washing but Not as much as I have to put my poor hands though. My skin is so dry that I turn the insides of black pants white from flaking skin. | |

| Suzi the dermatologist recommended this for my winter skin. Its a bit pricy but I think Wal Mart sells it for less and it works pretty good!  | |

| I use conditioner. I have to use good shampoo and conditioner though. I use Agadir Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner.... stuff smells SO good and it is great on my hair! | |

Thanks I will look into it, we have a walmart here but it is a small one and so poorly run that it lacks a lot but the next time we got to the city I will check there. | |
