Answering machines are old technology? We still got one in heavy use.
I can't say I miss much of any "old technology" unless you count some of the old DVD players which seemed to be a lot simpler and even faster than the ones now that seem to hate getting you to the freaking movie. HATED VCRs. We still got 'em but they just plain suck. Maybe some older Christmas lights which really aren't obsolete technologically as much as just not trendy enough to be found easily.
