Has anyone seen the new Looney Tunes Show on Cartoon Network? It's Bugs and Daffy living together as roommates in a house, and they each have girlfriends....it's not like the old Looney Tunes shorts. This show is done more in the style of a sitcom.

Nah. Don't even have cable anymore....so I'll doubt I'll see it unless they have it online. Or Netflix.

I watch it from time to time. Daffy is the best preserved character, and basically carries the show. Everyone else has had noticeable personality changes -- especially Bugs and Porky.

It takes some getting used to. The first couple of episodes I watched, I was barely impressed...but after a while it starts to grow on you. IA that it's basically Daffy's self-serving and melodramatic antics that make the show. The episode where he accidentally sends a hate email to the whole neighborhood was hilarious.

Maybe it's just me but the new show reminds me of that Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers cartoon, when all the real characters were replaced by pale stereotypes of their former selves.
