A woman accidentally shot and killed her 22-year-old brother while she posed for a Facebook photo with a gun, according to police.
ABC 15 reports that Savannah Ramirez, 19, had been playing with a gun and was posing for photos early Monday when the gun discharged, killing Manuel Ortiz, Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos said.
Police suspect Ortiz and his sister had been drinking. Martos said Ramirez would likely be charged with manslaughter if toxicology tests show she had alcohol in her system.
"Every New Year's Eve, this particular sister is going to be thinking about this for the rest of her life on how ... drinking overnight, playing with a gun and now shoots and kills her brother," Martos said, according to the Daily Mail.
Friends described Ortiz as a "kind, funny guy," who tried to pick people up when they were feeling low, according to The Sun.

Again, that Second Amendment thing. Made no mention of mental competency for keeping and bearing arms. Any fool in America can have a gun as is being proven daily here.
Guns are not toys - they were designed to kill something. Srsly, would they give a license to a child who knew nothing about driving a car? They should at least make it a requirement to know which end the bullet comes out before allowing idiots to have a gun.
You know someone's middle school was probably shitty when years later they think posing with a gun for a social network site picture was gonna be at all cute. She should do serious time for that.

Bust it...try a grown fucking 40 something year old GRANDMOTHER posing for pictures on FB with a gun in her hand. A chick I used to work with was on FB doing that shit. I didn't believe it until a friend of mine showed me her page. And when she got called out on it, she had the nerve to cop an attitude. Fucking stupid.
