That would have been the best thing for everyone since she plans on keeping that lie going and passing that baby off as John's no matter who the father is.

The thought of John having a child running around - if she goes that route, I'd love to have it come out later that the baby IS John's - let her live with the fact that she killed John's baby and let John live with the fact that she willingly got rid of his baby but that there was a chance the baby had been Brody's. I just can't support anyone in this storyline - Hate John and Nat and don't care that much for Jessica and Brody right now.

Actually, I'd like to see Ford be the father of Jess's baby and Brody be the father of Nat's. Brody's annoying me right now but I hate John far more than Brody, so he can have Nat's baby and Ford can be Jessica's baby daddy.
