i would allow it. my legs were soooo hairy with blonde hair... i looked boyish.. so i shaved them dry when i was like 10. wish my mom or sisters would have helped me. lol
eyebrows are a different thing tho... i saw a 12yr old girl get one brow done, and she threatened the tech and walked out with one eye done LOL

No, she can shave like her old mother did at that age. I've never waxed, I don't trust it, I heard of one woman who almost died from a bikini wax because she got some kind of infection from it.

Honestly, I used to wax my son's unibrow. Now, the hair is pretty fine. So, I am glad I did.
I read online that girls are getting bikini waxes younger now because they are developing faster than past generations. NO WAY IN HELL would my young daughter get a wax. At a young age, they do not need to be wearing a skimpy suit.

Before girls in the midwest wore Bikinis, I was at the pool with my friend Jayney who was wearing an Esther Williams one-piece and I got a glimpse of her pube bush escaping the edges of her bathing suit.
OH what a turn on that was! Glad my trunks had a restricting crotch net.
