Y&R supposedly made her an offer. I remember all the hype about GT's return and man has this one been a DUD.

Kelly hs turnd into the most annoying character on this canvas. I wish she would go somewhere.

I was excited when I heard GT was coming but this storyline has been such a failure that I've lost interest. Throwing her in with Rex was a surefire way to end any remaining interest I had in her, though Rex is far better with her than with Gigi.

I love Kelly. I simply don't see her as annoying at all. I loved her the first time around. I though the "other" Kellys were written out of character. Well, GT and Kelly gets much love from me!!

I think it's just that she's seemed so... I don't know the word - lately. The way she'll barge in on people and demand attention. That said, there are other characters I'd FAR rather see go before Kelly - esp. Gigi and Shane, John, Marty and Rex. I find all of them for more annoying than Kelly.

She's existing on empty. Aside from Dorian and Blair, few of the trademark Kelly-related characters are there; no Kevin, no Joey, no Ian, no Drew...she feels very much like an island of herself. Hanging out with John and Rex, while playing Kim to Jessica's Stacy is just making her latest stint seem so thin to the point of futility.

Existing on empty - yeah - that's it, I think. She's there, but more in the way an annoying gnat would be buzzing around you. She doesn't seem to have a real purpose, other than tracking down her Mom's killer. Bringing Rex into it, though, killed any interest I had in the storyline, though John would have been just as bad if not worse. I liked Kelly far better earlier on in her stay. Maybe it's just whom they are pairing her with storyline-wise that's caused me to loose interested - not romantic pairings, but just those she's interacting with.

Is it any worse than Andrea Evan's return? That was a total disappointment, they should have had her on at least once a month.

Andrea's return was a succinct example of the writing staffs incompetence. For nearly twenty years fans had been begging to the soap Gods for her return, and when it finally happens, we got that. It was even worse than Tognoni's. They kept her practically isolated from the most of the cast, and playing backup singer to Tess. She barely interacted with Viki.

I get that AE is based on the west coast and probably isn't interested in being on OLTL full time, but the way I see it, Tina should have a recurring presence. She should appear a few times a year, nothing big, just to remind people of her presence. Then maybe every other quarter she can have a short arch storyline.

Re-curing would be perfect - let her flit in and out. David does it - why can't AE? I'd love to see something like that happen, Chris. I've just lost all faith in TPTB to give us a decent storyline.
