| Previews for the week of 28-Jan-2013 by Carol Banks Weber
- This week, some characters from the late 1990s GH spinoff, PORT CHARLES, make their returns to revisit the vampire lore.
- PC/GH’s Dr. Kevin Collins goes to tend to his nutty wife Lucy. They’re estranged, but still amicable.
- John McBain and Sam fill Kevin in on Lucy’s vampire slayer antics.
- Kevin tries to use reason and logic on Lucy, to enlighten her about vampire fantasy versus GH reality.
- But then PC’s Alison Barrington adds fuel to the fire when she, too, mistakes John McBain for Caleb Morley.
- Molly meets Rafe while babysitting Sam’s son Danny at the docks. But it’s not the angel Rafe, it’s Alison’s child (with Caleb).
- It’s hard for Kevin to put all this on Lucy, when he, too, can’t deny John and Sam’s striking resemblance to Caleb and Livvie.
- A character on the show (could very well be Alison) gets killed off in a gruesome way. John becomes the likely suspect, at least in the eyes of one person.
- Todd and Lucy could help each other out of their respective jams. They assess each other’s angles, to see if they can’t make this work out into a jail break.
- A.J. and Michael take Tracy down and win ELQ, using Johnny’s Solito mob info.
- Tracy parts ways with ELQ, acting like she’s willing to go gracefully. She’s even nice about it to A.J.
- Although bowed by A.J. and Michael’s findings, Tracy isn’t felled just yet. She has another trick up her sleeve, using Connie as the wild card, before stepping down.
- Duke Lavery finds gainful employment—with A.J. at ELQ.
- A.J. and Michael party because they beat Tracy for ELQ.
- Michael discloses to Starr that he’s waiting for Tracy to bite back.
- The Feds come down hard on Tracy, right on cue.
- Kristina attacks Connie with revenge for Trey on her mind. This earns her a trip to jail. Unfortunately, it’s only for assault, not murder.
- Alexis worries herself sick over the state of Kristina. It’s worse now that her precious daughter is in jail over trying to kill Connie.
- Michael and Starr work on Connie to be merciful and understanding of Kristina’s plight.
- Connie drops in a little reality check for Starr about her DID-faking dad Todd.
- Trey’s death weighs heavy on Connie. When she’s around a caring soul, Tracy, the walls come down. A hug might even be involved.
- Connie releases a nasty article in The Sun about ELQ that hits hard.
- Michael and A.J. pummel Connie as to who it was that got her to publish the nasty article, Tracy perhaps?
- Todd takes a stab at making Connie do his bidding.
- Alexis nags Sonny to use his influence on Connie to let Kristina get away with attempted murder.
- Sonny raises his voice to Connie.
- Michael is forced to take either A.J.’s or Sonny’s side.
- Ned relays the latest intel to Tracy, which could just make her day better.
- Elizabeth goes to see A.J.—and suddenly the clouds part.
- A.J. forgets Michael and ELQ for a brief moment, to take in Elizabeth’s beauty inside and out. He admires her chutzpah in going after the Nurses’ Ball despite obstacles bringing it down.
- It could be Elizabeth who saves the Nurses’ Ball, when A.J. tries to figure out a way to help her. Maybe ELQ can underwrite the Ball.
- Elizabeth trusts A.J. enough to talk about all those near-misses in her doomed relationships. He can relate, too. A.J. admits some things about himself to her.
- A health scare puts A.J. and Elizabeth in the same orbit. They are better friends as a result.
- Tracy asks Luke to nose around Carly, to see if she might have an inkling as to who the forgotten Quartermaine heir might be.
- Luke hits up Tracy for a huge solid.
- Who’s trying to go after Anna?
- Felix gets Elizabeth and Sabrina to rev up their boring lives. Hello, Max and Milo! The four mingle as singles at the Haunted Star.
- Patrick tries to keep his cool. It’s hard. His little girl Emma took off to god knows where.
- Anna gets in on the manhunt for a little girl Britt cavalierly left alone.
- Sabrina, Anna, and Patrick act off an AMBER alert for Emma, very, very scared and very pissed off at Britt.
- Obviously, Britt was in charge of Emma on their girls’ day out. Patrick is hard on Britt about what possibly provoked Emma to take off like that.
- Britt, of course, is completely oblivious and apathetic about the seriousness of this Emma situation. The stupid Narcissist only cares that she’s losing out to Sabrina and being made to look the fool.
- Sabrina finally shows up with Emma in tow, which may not be good for Britt.
- Britt’s true colors shine through as details of why Emma ran off are revealed.
- Britt must justify her immature behavior with Emma before an irate, disgusted Patrick.
- After hearing Emma out, Patrick dumps Britt, his eyes finally opened. Patrick reviles Britt (and probably thinks about bleaching his dick for good measure).
- Cinderella Sabrina gets her balls back, telling Britt off and putting her on stern notice never to mess with Emma again.
- Britt takes issue with Sabrina’s disrespect, and intends to make that girl pay.
- Sabrina would like to kick Britt’s ass, she’s so fit to be tied.
- Another problem threatens to end the Nurses’ Ball before it has a chance to be resurrected.
- Maxie gets wind of Spinelli and Ellie’s nasty split.
- Lulu gets an earful of Maxie’s indiscretion with Spinelli.
- Lulu takes up her issue with Maxie, after learning about the dalliance with Spinelli.
- If Maxie doesn’t own up to her surprise pregnancy with Spinelli soon, another character in the mix will really mess her life up. Two guesses.
- Britt is poised to enlighten Lulu on the mystery of Maxie’s pregnancy.
- Spinelli helps Ellie check out of GH and get her home safely.
- T.J. catches Molly all a’flutter about “A Streetcar Named Desire.”
- Next week: Britt puts Maxie in a tough, do or die situation… Olivia next works on Connie to be compassionate with Kristina… Luke puts Carly over a barrel, to get what he wants… Someone is leveling a weapon at Anna… Kevin catches up with old friends Mac and Felicia.
