They enforce the leash laws here on Miami Beach but Miami is a third world country where chickens live on the road and packs of stray dogs congregate in some barrios.

I have had large dogs come after me where I use the bike as a shield and swing my U-bar lock at them while yelling loudly that I'm going to kill the motherfucker's dog AND sue them if they don't come get it.

So far I have not been mauled but it is always a dread of mine with the fighting pit bulls that asswipes keep here. You see it frequently in the news about old ppl or kids being badly injured or killed by them. There is a new law where you can force the person to pay a $1K fine and put their dog's pic on a Website as a menacing animal. I am the guy who will push that so ppl better follow the leash laws.

Dogs, all the time, though it's hard to tell what are strays and what just got out of the house without its collar.

LOL! I still feed a ferel cat, after 3 years she will come near me but won't let me touch her.

We've had a few like that, but the ones who are still around have gotten to let us pet them and now they want that as much as the food.
