Are you a fan of chicken breast? If so, do you prefer it cooked in any particular way? When I was a kid, my mother used to marinate it in some kind of tomato or pasta souse.

Re: Chicken breast
That's the best part of the chicken. I love them fried, but I also like barbecue grilled chicken or baked in the crockpot and covered in barbecue sauce, my mother also bakes it in the oven in butter and cracker crumbs.

Re: Chicken breast
My favorite are boneless cutlets. Floured and breaded then lightly browned. Make some pan gravy and simmer them in it for a half hour or so.

Re: Chicken breast
I'm a fan of chicken in general, but I do like the dark meat better.

Re: Chicken breast
Yes. I like it fried, or bbq'd, or rolled in Lipton's Onion Soup Mix and then baked. But I prefer drumsticks.

Re: Chicken breast
I love it. There are so many ways to prepare it. I often buy a bag of them, make them in the crock pot, then freeze them. Then I can add them to rice or pasta.
