Wow. I don't know who Stone is but I assume that is how Robin got Aids? How did she go on to have a baby with Patrick then?

Yes. Sonny was Robin's first love and that's how she contracted it. I think years later, after she had been away from PC for a while, she returned as a physician and that's how she and Patrick met.
