Let's see, I have 2 pairs of Chuck Taylors, 2 pairs of Velcro, one still new in the box, 2 pairs of Danskin Now sneakers, again one still new in the box, and probably about 10 pairs of sandals for summer in variety of conditions from new to 'time to burn this'.

4 pairs boots (inc. a pair of snowboots that I never use).
And probably 30 more pairs (sandles, heels, etc.) ~ too embarrassed to go in there and actually count them.

Off the top of my head, 8 or 9 pairs. More if I count flip flops. I may be forgetting a pair or two.

I wear non-leather navy blue athletic shoes. One newer pair for work and a crappy older pair for jogging and whatever activity that requires shoes on weekends (Almost always wear flip flops on weekends)
I haven't done an inventory but I probably have half a dozen of the same shoe, still wrapped waiting to replace a worn out pair. (I buy ahead because it is so difficult to find my specific size and requirement of shoes)
So, two pairs on active duty with maybe six more on reserve.

Let's see, I'm not at home but, my shoe rack is full and it's got 3 rows, holding 6 shoes in each row, plus I have 2 not on the rack, but sitting beside it, then I have a shoe hanger in my closet which has about another 6 pairs... I'd say about 26 pairs. 1 tennis shoes, rest is a mix of sandals, wedges, heels, boots.

I have no idea. And that's too much work to try and count. If I had to guess, now, I'm prob. hovering somewhere near the triple digit mark.

back in the 80s i had over a 100 pair of reeboks... and matching headbands of course. But DAMN..y'all are some shoe horders.
