Between five and seven hours.
Do you wake up cranky?
Not really. Groggy, but I'm rarely cranky.
Do you think you get enough sleep?
By and large. If I keep myself on a decent sleep schedule. It was a challenge for the first three or four months after we brought the baby home, but now things are largely back to normal.
Do you often wake up in the middle of the night, or do you sleep straight through?
If I do, again, it's usually because of the baby. Rarely do I wake up for any other. Not even to use the bathroom. | |

Anywhere from 12 to 1:30 a.m., typically.

6-1/2 to 7 per night. But I do nap whenever I want to.

No. Thank goodness for naps.

I used to sleep through noises that wake up practically everyone else. That has changed. I stir awake often now, but just roll over and go right back to sleep. Some of my friends think I'm lucky.

I don't wake up cranky I don't know if I get enough sleep but it's enough to run on anyway And I usually sleep straight through. About the only thing that gets me up in the night is a sudden BOOM of thunder during an unexpected storm. | |

Fri-Sat could be after midnight. Sunday 9-11PM

12 Midnight.

Usually the same, sometimes a half-hour later.

Six hours.
Do you wake up cranky?
No, sometimes I wake up tired if less than 5 hours sleep
Do you think you get enough sleep?
Six hours work for me. Five is sufficient occasionally and less than that is miserable all day

Seldom sleep the whole six hours without being conscious once or twice. Lucky if I can just doze back off - sometimes I can't and get up tired.

What time do you usually go to bed on the weekend? It varies based on what I'm doing that night. Usually up until at least 2 in the morning if I don't have to work the next day.
How much sleep do you get on average? Approx 6 hrs.
Do you wake up cranky? If I don't get enough sleep then yes I do.
Do you think you get enough sleep? For the most part.
Do you often wake up in the middle of the night, or do you sleep straight through? All the way through. Getting up in the middle of the night spells trouble for me because I'll have a hard time falling back to sleep. | |
