Some of you may be a little too young to remember when movies made for TV were big business in the 70s & 80s. NBC used to have a movie show called NBC MONDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES that aired for many many years. Every Monday evening at 9, a new made for TV movie aired. I quite enjoyed them. Wish they would bring this back.

I remember that. In fact from what I remember, it wasn't just a Monday night thing. Movies of the week would come on throughout the week. I remember they used to come on Sunday nights in particular.

Shame reality shows could kill anything since network TV is really tanking them. Reality was a passing fad.
I remember TV movies being on a lot. I miss them. Some were cheesy but some were very well done. We need more good TV movies. Can't just let Lifetime and Hallmark do them all.

I remember it very well. Used to come on at 9 after Alf and the Hogan Family. I do miss TV movies. You can see them on cable networks now, but they were better on broadcast TV.
