pineapple... although a local school used to sell a pina colada as a fundraiser.. it is sooo much better with the pine apple and coconut together

I love NY style cheesecake with blueberry topping.
But a local cheesecake maker makes these heavenly mini-cakes that she sells at a farmer's market, in all these different flavors, and they are out of this world. I'm partial to her banana one, and the mango one is delicious, too.

NY Style Cheesecake with either cherry topping or strawberry topping. Plain is fine too.

My fav makes are New York and Japanese style. Favorite flavor is regular and raspberry.

My new favorite is one my wife makes. It's basically a NYstyle7...no, wait, it's just NY style but with a pecan pie crust.

Cheesecake is cool. I won't turn it down. I like it plain or chocolate cheesecake with graham cracker crust.
