HomeDo you stop eating after a certain time? I am not hardcore with it and break the "rule" all the time but I try to stop at 9pm.

I'm supposed to because I have acid-reflux but I'm not very disciplined with it. But I have much worse problems with an empty stomach.

That is my cut off as well 9pm. Yeah sometimes I do break the rule but for the most I try to stick to it.

That was one of the reasons, sometimes I would get heartburn if I ate anything close to bedtime.

No because my work hours are so all over the place that I end up eating and snacking whenever.

My cut off is 7PM for anything heavy. I may have a light snack after, but not often.

For the most part, I won't eat after 10 pm or so. Depends on if I ate that day or not.
