Ben Stone, Jack McCoy or Mike Cutter?
I say Jack McCoy, he was just too stubborn to give up and you have to admire that. All the time on Criminal Intent or Homicide: Life on the Street, I see cases that they give up without much fight and I think 'if this were Law and Order Jack would be fighting tooth and nail for this case to get the bastard convicted'. To me it seems there was just an air of self-assurance about Jack, with Ben Stone, and Cutter, they just didn't seem to have as much fight in them as Jack did.
